Anya Hindmarch offers a 14-day return period for all items purchased online, provided they are returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. We strive to make your return process as seamless as the craftsmanship of our collections.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Anya Hindmarch packaging and include the completed returns form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your parcel at a designated DHL service point or schedule a complimentary courier collection through the link provided in your return confirmation email.
